Postdoctoral Association

The Boston College Postdoctoral Association (51³ÉÈ˶¯ÂþPDA) promotes the professional, social, and family well-being of postdoctoral fellows from all 51³ÉÈ˶¯Âþ departments. The purpose of the 51³ÉÈ˶¯ÂþPDA is:

To promote the professional training and career preparation of its members

To promote peer interactions and support among the 51³ÉÈ˶¯Âþ postdoctoral community

To serve as liaison between its members and the administration of 51³ÉÈ˶¯Âþ

To introduce new postdoctoral fellows to the 51³ÉÈ˶¯Âþ community

To provide liaison between 51³ÉÈ˶¯Âþ postdoctoral fellows and other postdoctoral associations in Massachusetts and in the United States

The 51³ÉÈ˶¯ÂþPDA regularly organizes conferences and talks on topics of interest to its membership. In addition, the 51³ÉÈ˶¯ÂþPDA has an ongoing Knowledge Dissemination Program to financially support the dissemination of its members’ original and independent scholarly work.
